Measuring Total Leg Length
Measuring your leg length is an important step when choosing a bike. Please follow these steps:
Tools Needed

A soft measuring tape or ruler

A wall (to support your body and ensure you stand straight)
Standing Position

Stand barefoot with your feet naturally shoulder-width apart.

Stand close to the wall with your back against it, avoiding leaning forward.
Measurement Method

Place the measuring tape from the floor (right against your heel) along the inside of your leg up to the crotch (where the thigh meets the pelvis).

Keep the tape snug against your leg without bending it.

Record the measurement — this is your inseam length.
