  • US Local warehouses (California, USA)
  • Currently, most complete electric bikes only provide free shipping to the 48 states in the continental United States (except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), and we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO, generally using FedEx to ship.No tax is needed.
  • Batteries, accessories, and most parts are shipped from other warehouses.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Order Processing Time:

1. After placing an order for ANIIOKI's electric bicycle online, please allow us to deal with your order within 1-2 working days.
2. For orders of most accessories and parts, please allow us 2-15 days to deal with your order.
3. For pre-sale products, the shipping time announced on the website shall prevail.
4. After the order is shipped, the tracking information will be sent to your email. If it exceeds this time, please contact our ANIIOKI customer service team at sales@aniioki.com.

Transportation Time:

Usually, our delivery time is expected to be 5-8 business days for electric bikes and 30-40 business days for other accessories and parts. Generally, the tracking information may take 24--72 hours to update after shipment. If for any reason you did not receive this package or would like more shipping information, please contact our ANIIOKI customer service team at sales@aniioki.com with the item description and your order number.

Pick Up From The Warehouse In CA


If you want to pick up the bike directly from our warehouse, you need to contact us to set up a pick-up date and time via email at sales@Aniioki.com

Ⅱ . Canada Shipping Policy

  • Most complete electric bikes are sent from our local warehouse (Canada warehouse) or US warehouse, and most accessories and parts are sent from other warehouses.
  • For customers who leave a Canadian shipping address, we will add an additional $500 shipping fee to the electric bike's price.

Ⅲ . Other country's Shipping Policy

  • We are very sorry that we have not yet set up local warehouses in other countries, so whether it is bikes or accessories, they will be shipped from other warehouses. We will add an additional shipping fee of about US$700 on the basis of the price of the bike (the specific fee needs to be determined according to your delivery address). Shipping time usually takes 30-40 working days.
  • Therefore, we recommend that you email our customer service team before placing an order. We will confirm your shipping cost and shipping time according to your delivery address. If your address is not suitable for delivery, we will also suggest you cancel the order.
  • We are actively preparing local warehouses in other countries so that our customers in different countries can buy our electric bicycles. Thank you very much for your understanding and support.

Note: Please note that these are estimates and aren’t guaranteed; we will not be able to reimburse expedited shipping costs for packages that miss the estimated delivery date, nor do we refund shipping costs for returned items. Tracking Information
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped along with a tracking number. How do I select signature services?
Most orders are generally shipped without requiring a signature at delivery. If your package requires a signature, or if you are worried about leaving a package unattended on your doorstep, you can try leaving a note on your front door asking UPS to leave your package with a neighbor.

FedEx, UPS charges for U.S Express Package, U.S Ground, International Ground, and Express Services are as follows:
