Ⅰ. USA Shipping Policy

  • Most complete ebikes are sent from our local warehouse (USA warehouse) and most accessories and parts are sent from China.
  • Free shipping within the lower 48 US states. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any regions or jurisdictions outside of the contiguous areas of the United States and Canada.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
– Processing time (2-3 working days):
Orders are being processed within 24 hours, and an order confirmation will be sent to you within 10 minutes after the order was placed. We need 1-2 working days to inspect and pack the products before shipping to ensure everything is in good condition.
– Shipping time (shipping from US warehouse: 5-15 working days; shipping from CN warehouse: 50-70 working days): After processing and leaving the warehouse, orders shipped from the US usually takes 5 and 15 working days to arrive at your destination. Orders shipped from China usually take 50-70 business days to reach your destination.

  • Pick Up From The Warehouse In CA
If you want to pick up the bike directly from our warehouse, you need to contact us to set up a pick-up date and time via email sales@Aniioki.com


Ⅱ . Canada Shipping Policy

  • Most complete ebikes are sent from our local warehouse (Canada warehouse) or US warehouse, most accessories and parts are sent from China.
  • For customers who leave a Canadian shipping address, we will add an additional $300 shipping fee to the ebike price.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Orders shipped from China usually take 50-70 business days to reach your destination.



Ⅲ . Other countries Shipping Policy

  • We are very sorry that we have not yet set up local warehouses in other countries, so whether it is ebikes or accessories, they will be shipped from China. We will add an additional shipping fee of about US$300 on the basis of the price of the ebike (the specific fee needs to be determined according to your delivery address). Shipping time usually takes 50-70 working days.
  • Therefore, we recommend that you email our customer service team before placing an order. We will confirm your shipping cost and shipping time according to your delivery address. If your address is not suitable for delivery, we will also suggest you to cancel the order.
  • We are actively preparing local warehouses in other countries so that our customers in different countries can buy our electric bicycles. Thank you very much for your understanding and support.



Note: Please note that these are estimates and aren’t guaranteed; we will not be able to reimburse expedited shipping costs for packages that miss the estimated delivery date, nor do we refund shipping costs for returned items. COVID-19 Shipping Update
Due to an increased volume of packages they are receiving, FedEx is currently greatly affected, the efficiency will be lower than normal. FedEx suggest us that we can shift volume to an alternative provider. Our warehouse tried their best to maintain a good cooperative relationship with FedEx and UPS. We have signed an alternative shipping agreement with UPS to ship your items as soon as possible without waiting for FedEx Ground.



Tracking Information
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped along with a tracking number. If for any reason you don't receive this or for more shipping information, please contact our customer service team at sales@Aniioki.com along with a description of the item and your order number.
*Please note, tracking can take around 24-48 hours to update after dispatch



How do I select signature services?
Most orders are generally shipped without requiring a signature at delivery. If your package requires a signature, or if you are worried about leaving a package unattended on your doorstep, you can try leaving a note on your front door asking UPS to leave your package with a neighbor.

FedEx, UPS charges for U.S Express Package, U.S Ground, International Ground and Express Services are as follows:
