We understand that fast and reliable delivery services are crucial to you, so we have formulated the following logistics policy to provide you with clear guidelines on our shipping and delivery processes.
Shipping Area
United States
Free shipping to the 48 contiguous states of the USA.
- We do not ship to the ollowing regions:Alaska、Hawaii、Puerto Rico、Other U.S. territories.
- We do not ship to the following types of addresses:Fleet Post Offices (FPO)、Army Post Offices (APO)、P.O. Boxes
- We do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. Once a package is handed over to a forwarding company, we are unable to track the final delivery or verify receipt. To avoid potential payment disputes, any orders using a reight forwarder as the shipping destination will be canceled.
We will refund the remaining amount once the package returns to our warehouse and passes inspection.

Shipping Time
For in-stock items, please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email.
For pre-sale items, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page.

Shipping method
Shipping Carriers We utilize specific carriers to ensure the safe delivery of your order based on the destination and package size:
- United States (E-Bikes): Shipped via FedEx.
- Canada (E-Bikes): Shipped via Purolator.
- Accessories & Parts: Smaller items are shipped via YunExpress.
Delivery Times
The eBike package will be delivered around 2--7 business days (except when the product being purchased is a pre-order item)
Some eBike parts are expected to be delivered within 5-12 business days.
There are in some cases delays between the time when a customer is sent the shipping confirmation email and the time when the package is scanned in at a FedEx/Purolator facility. Actual shipping time depends on third party shipping company.
Tracking Information
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped along with a tracking number. If for any reason you don't receive this or for more shipping information, please contact us along with your order number.
Please note, tracking can take around 24---48 hours to update after dispatch.
Shipping Damage Claims
Please inspect your product immediately upon delivery. To ensure we can resolve any issues, adhere to the following:
- Report Damage Immediately: All shipping damage must be reported to ANIIOKI Ebikes within 5 days of receipt.
- Time Limit: We cannot accept damage claims submitted more than 5 days after delivery.
- Shipping Insurance: If you purchased Aniioki shipping insurance and your item arrived damaged, please contact our after-sales team immediately at [sales@aniioki.com].
Will I receive the bike fully assembled?
The Aniioki eBike will arrive at your doorstep 90% assembled. Unpacking and assembling will take about 10---20 minutes. All you have to do is mount the front wheel and fender, handlebar, seat post, and pedals, and do a thorough check to ensure everything is tight. You will find clear instructions and the necessary tools in the accessory box in your packaging.
What if the products get lost during the shipping?
If you did not receive the package after the tracking status shows it has been delivered, please contact us within 3 business days. Otherwise, the customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company directly to start a claim. We don't accept package lost claims after three days from the delivered date.
In case the ordered product(s) do not reach the provided address (when correctly provided) or get lost during the shipping process, we retain the right to a full investigations and search that can take up to 10 business days. Within this period, we retain the right to withhold a full refund. We will always update you on the progress and results of the investigation, upon which suitable and reasonable action can be taken.
