Do I need to assemble the eBike after it arrives?
The factory has completed 95% of the assembly. Once the single motor arrives, simply tighten the wheel bolts, insert and lock the handlebars and seat (additional front wheel installation required for dual-motor models). With the manual as your guide, even beginners can get riding in minutes!

How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse with free delivery, saving you $200-$300 in shipping costs. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, with transit times generally taking about one week. Actual delivery dates are subject to real-time logistics updates.
How long does it take to recharge the battery?
We provide a fast-charging adapter as standard equipment, which takes approximately 6 to 8 hours to fully charge the device.

The A8 Pro Max and A9 Pro Max share largely identical features, with the primary differences lying in motor power and tire size. Riders over 175 cm tall are advised to prioritize the A9 Pro Max, which offers a more comfortable riding experience for taller individuals.
