To ensure your bike is assembled correctly and operates safely, please carefully review the following important instructions after receiving your bike.
Installation Guidelines & Important Notes
Before Installation
-
Please confirm that all accessories and parts are included.
-
Inspect the bike and packaging for any shipping damage before assembly.
-
If any parts are missing or damaged, please contact support before installation.
Note: Dual-motor e-bikes are shipped in two separate packages.
Front Wheel Installation
- Make sure the axle is fully aligned with the front fork before tightening.
- Tighten both side nuts/bolts evenly to keep the wheel centered.
- After installation, spin the wheel to ensure it rotates smoothly without rubbing.

Cable Safety Check
- Carefully check that the motor cable, controller cable, and brake cables do not touch the front wheel or tire.
- Improper cable routing may cause the wheel to rub and damage the wiring during riding.
Bolt Tightness Check
Before first use, please recheck and tighten all major bolts, including:
- Handlebar bolts
- Pedals
- Front wheel hardware
- Seat post / saddle bolts
Tool Usage Reminder
- Do not overtighten bolts using electric power tools.
