- Connect the charger's output end (Battery Input) to your e-bike's battery port.
- Plug the charger's input end (Input) into a standard household outlet.
- Turn on the battery switch and watch for "INPUT" and the fan icon to appear on the display screen—this means charging has started. Once the charger indicator light turns green and the fan stops, the battery is fully charged.
- Connect the charger's output port (Battery Input) to your e-bike battery (no need to plug into a household power source).
- Press the charger's AC button; the display will show "Output" and "AC", indicating discharge mode is active and ready to power your devices.
- Plug the power cable from your third-party device into the charger's Output port, and it will start powering the device for normal use.

Do Aniioki bikes arrive assembled?
Aniioki bikes arrive about 90% assembled. You will need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and saddle. The process is straightforward, and we provide detailed instructions and an online assembly video to guide you. Most customers can complete it in under an hour.
Can I ride Aniioki ebikes on rainy days?
You can ride in light rain and don't have to worry about damage caused by spray from wet roads and raindrops. We don't recommend riding ebikes in heavy rain or overly wet environments.
What's the difference between a Gear motor and a Direct drive motor?
Gear motors integrate an electric motor with a gearbox to increase torque by reducing speed, making them ideal for high-torque, low-speed applications like conveyors or robotic arms, though gears may cause minor energy loss. Direct-drive motors connect directly to the load without gears, offering higher efficiency, smoother operation, and precise control, commonly used in electric vehicles and high-speed eBike.

What's the return & refund policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your package to request a return. Please first contact our customer service team at sales@aniioki.com to get a return shipping label.
